Music It has the power to make us smile, and bring us to all types of tears. It can carry us back in time, and inspire us to dance in the moment. For all of our happiest days, there is Music. ”

Creating Playlists

Be Sure to include all genres

Friends and family will likely travel, and at considerable expense, to attend your wedding, so make sure to play a few favorites.   Add a section on the RSVP card to allow guests to add a few songs.  This will help the DJ from having to take requests.

I have told my daughter and my students this for more than 30 years.  Find your passion.  Working at something you love has so much more merit to you personally and will be transferred to the product.  If you are working at a job that you dread doing then it is time to reconsider your career choice.  The passion you have for the work you do will show in the product, which will attract audiences and the consumer.

I began performing at the age of 5 years old and haven’t stopped yet!  My initial training was on the piano and vocal and progressed to all instruments in high school and college.  I received my Bachelor’s at the University of Redlands in Theatre Arts and Music - Vocal Performance.  Having performed various types of genres at many different venues in the Los Angeles area I am versatile and able to accommodate to what ever the productions demands.

I love music.  I can’t imagine my life without it.  I also love creating a show that makes people excited and engaged.  The passion for my art is the reason why I chose to go into the DJ business.  I would absolutely pay to someone to do what I do.  When I first was hired to teach high school music I remember telling my mother that I couldn’t believe I got paid to play!  When I first got into DJing I thought of how I could transform the audience’s experience into something more than just a simple dance.  I knew from my theatrical background with lighting and sound I could offer the patrons an opportunity to engage and become part of the event.  I believe that because of my commitment to my passion I can offer the audiences a memorable and even transformable experience
